Description of Service

MyPaycheckCal.com provides free, web-based paycheck estimation tools that calculate estimated federal income tax withholding, state and local income tax, FICA contributions (Social Security and Medicare), and voluntary pre-tax deductions across all 50 US states for the 2025 and 2026 tax years.

All calculations are performed client-side (within your web browser) and are provided as a convenience for informational purposes. The service is free to use and requires no account registration or personal information submission.

2

Disclaimer of Tax, Legal & Financial Advice

🚨 IMPORTANT: The calculators, tax tables, editorial content, and all figures provided on MyPaycheckCal.com are for educational, informational, and rough estimation purposes ONLY. They do not constitute professional tax advice, certified accounting (CPA) services, financial planning, or legal counsel.

Our calculations are mathematical models based on IRS Publication 15-T withholding tables and publicly available state department of revenue tax brackets. Actual employer paycheck deductions may differ due to:

  • Employer-specific payroll software rounding methods
  • Supplemental wage withholding rules (bonuses, commissions)
  • Employer-specific pre-tax benefit elections
  • Post-tax deductions such as wage garnishments or union dues
  • Local municipal income tax surcharges not reflected in our calculator
  • Mid-year W-4 changes or retroactive payroll adjustments
✅ Always verify your paycheck with your employer’s HR or payroll department. For tax filing decisions, consult a licensed CPA or enrolled agent (EA).
3

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MyPaycheckCal.com, its owners, developers, operators, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with:

  • Your use of or inability to access this Website or its calculators
  • Reliance on any paycheck estimates, tax figures, or editorial content provided on this site
  • Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in tax data due to IRS or state legislative changes
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data

This limitation of liability applies regardless of whether damages arise from contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory — even if MyPaycheckCal.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

4

  • The Website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components

Tax law changes frequently. While we make every reasonable effort to update our tax tables promptly after IRS and state announcements, there may be a lag period during which our data does not reflect the most current rates. Always confirm tax rates with the official IRS website (irs.gov) or your state’s department of revenue.
